What paints do you use?

To Deliver quality we use a wide variety of paints; through our expertise we have found that one single brand cannot deliver quality across the extensively large range therefore we like to use the best from our selection. Our suppliers are, Haymes, Wattyl, Luxapool, Resene, Dulux, Intergrain,

Can I choose a colour from any range?

Yes. If you have chosen a colour from another supplier, we can colour match it at a paint shop in our preferred paints.

Do I need to be home?

No, you do not need to be home for us to carry out our painting services.

Is this a fixed quote?

While most times this quote will not change, projects have a level of uncertainty so there may be unforeseen changes. Please allow for 10 percent. Ascend painting & decorating will advise you if this may occur.

What if I want to change my paint colour during painting?

We want you to be ecstatic about your new paint job so yes this can be arranged although this will cost a little extra depending on how much has been done or paint has been ordered.

Do I need to move my furniture and valuables?

We can move your furniture for you. However, it is advisable to move any large and heavy objects to the middle of the room and any valuables away in a safe place. Please read our terms and conditions for more info.

Why is my darker colour more expensive than my white colours?

Because darker paint bases are typically more expensive than white base paints your darker colour selections can cost more
