How to Cancel Your Appointment Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hours notice. Please call us on 0456175972 between the hours of 7am - 5pm or email us 24/7 on ascendpaintinganddecorating@gmail.com. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. Please leave your preferred time and day and we will return your call as soon as possible. Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a $50 missed appointment fee.
